AgentinFlow is an AI automation and web development agency based in India. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form on our Services page:

• Your name — required, so we know who we are replying to
• Your email address — required, so we can reply
• Your company — optional
• Your message — required
• The date and time you submitted it

There is one hidden field in the form. It is a spam trap: it is invisible to you and only automated bots fill it in. If it is filled, the submission is discarded and nothing is sent or stored.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of serving and protecting the site. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Your submission passes through three companies before it reaches us:

• EmailJS — transmits the form contents as an email. Your submission passes through their systems.
• Google — we receive and store enquiries in Gmail, so your message sits in a Google mailbox.
• Vercel — hosts this website and handles the server logs described above.

Separately, this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address when a page loads, whether or not you ever use the contact form.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone beyond the companies listed above.

What this site does not do

• It sets no cookies of its own.
• It runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no session recording.
• It does not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
• It does not use AI to process anything you submit through this website.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox while we are in contact with you and for our business records afterwards. If you would rather we deleted your enquiry, email us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — and under the GDPR if you are in the UK or EU — you can ask us to:

• tell you what information about you we hold
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete it
• stop using it, where you had given consent

Email aarvsinghchauhan@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
